The "GPS" brand has an efficient sales and technical office, as well as a consolidated supplier base, which allows quick feedback during the bidding process and, if necessary, efficient technical support, even in the after-sales phase.

The Research & Development Dpt. is the core of GPS activities and recently has developed a brand new technology called “TESS” (Twin Eco-Safety Seal), covered by a registered Italian patent, applicable to all types of QOC. This technolgy detect any type of leaking of the seal, helping to prevent spills of polluting liquids or gas leaks. This preventive control can be done locally and/or remotely (for unsupervised systems).

ENGINEERING

The design of our QOC is in accordance to the international codes, tailor made on the customer needs with the option to choose among manual, hydraulic, pneumatic or electric opening systems. Our Sales, Technical and After-sales offices are available to provide any details and infos.

The driver of our R&D Dpt. is maximize the respect for the environement.

To achieve this target, thanks to continous efforts, the R&D Dpt. has developped a state of the art technology: “TESS” (Twin Eco-Safety Seal) Technology.

This technology has been patented by GPS.

The “TESS”, fit to all the QOC version (sector, V-opening, Threaded and Lever) detect any type of seal leaking, helping to prevent spills of polluting liquids or gas leaks. This control can be detected locally and/or remotely (for unsupervised systems) and is suitable for dangerous, polluting or flammable fluids/gases such as METHANE, BIO-FUEL, HYDROGEN, etc.

This patent follow our green-friendly strategy making our QOC environmental safer in their simplicity and reliability of use.

An additional advantage is the reduction of maintenance costs. In fact, the sealing device does not require preventive and scheduled maintenance since it is the "TESS" system itself which detects when replacement is needed.
